The pre treatment system installation has been completed and is operational. The hydrostatic test was completed last week and the systempassed. Over the holiday weekend City staff along with the pre-treatment operators satisfactorily completed the chemical and pump testing.
• The volume of treated water in Bradner is currently 45MG and there are 29 days of treatable water.
• The volume of water in Storrie Lake is 200 million gallons.
Along with the pre treatment system installation and the Gallinas river water clearing up between rainfalls,the City has been able to increase stored water in the reservoirs. The current trend shows that public consumption has been reduced by approximately 200K gallons.
